I can see a difference after using my
Vaebo.
For the most part this device is helping, but the sensations are so strong (after a few years of Ropinirole) that on occasion they cannot be entirely put to rest.
I’ve used mine for two weeks, I would put it on my legs before I got in bed hoping it would stop them from jumping. I still would have the restless legs and would put Vaebo on to help settle them down. It would take around ten minutes to stop the jump. The weight of the device is a little heavy so you have to make the strap pretty tight for it to stay in place. Praying after longer use before bed it will drastically reduce the amount of nights I wake up with restless legs.
Work ok. A remote control would be good for starting and set levels. Difficult to operate on calves and back.

I don’t see it as a replacement for manual techniques, but it can be a great complement to an overall lymphatic self-care routine. It can be used independently by patients at home or incorporated by therapists during treatment sessions.
